If you leave a message with us, we will not return your call if the item is out of stock. If you don't hear from us within 48 hours, you can safely assume that the item you asked for is out of stock. We love our customers, and make every effort to respond to your calls. Thank you for understanding.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Paypal.

If we are unable process your order due to the credit card on file not accepting the charge, we will make three attempts to put it through and one attempt to contact you via email or telephone. If we cannot process your order, the order will be cancelled and the item will be returned for sale.

You will be taken to the order summary page, where you can change your quantities, check out, or continue shopping. To return to the order summary page at any time, simply click on ANY "VIEW CART" button on the order page To check out, return to the order summary page and click "Check Out". It's That Simple!

SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

VINTAGE DOLL AND JEWELRY ITEMS - We strive to offer our customers the highest Quality Merchandise. We inspect every item to make sure that there are no defects. However as much of our merchandise is Vintage, each piece is unique with its own individual characteristics. After all what you are purchasing was someone’s childhood toy or perhaps granny’s favorite piece of Jewelry. If there are flaws or detectable repairs, inherent to the piece we will note that in the description. We also do understand that sometimes we do miss something. If this does happen. Please contact immediately. We will make every effort to correct the situation. Either call or e-mail us and we will give it our immediate attention. It has always been our motto... "Problems are not like fine Wine... They Do Not get better with Age...." We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. However, if an item is returned without authorization we do however reserve the right to refuse the package. Also returns for any other reason other than, ‘not as described’ maybe subject to a 10% restocking fee. So please if you have any questions we encourage you to contact us, no question goes unanswered. We do request that a returned item be posted for return to us within SEVEN days of your receiving the package. There are no returns on NRFB items, layaway orders, or sale items. Postage is not refundable in any case, unless we are correcting an error we have made.

SHIPPING..DOMESTIC

We ship USPS insured/delivery confirmation for all domestic shipping we calculate the actual cost to you from the delivery information you provide us.

If you want faster service, just let us know, and we will accommodate you. Shipping charges are based on our cost when the item is packaged and weighed, insurance included and delivery confirmation. Please remember shipping is expensive no matter the shipping method, and to ensure your items arrive in the best condition possible, we must use the right materials and techniques.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish an item to be shipped to a different address(a gift for example), please make sure that is noted at the time your purchase is being calculated. And this can effect the shipping cost.

SHIPPING POLICIES - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders, outside of the United States are shipped either First Class International or Priority Mail via the USPS. If you wish to be able to track your package we suggest Priority Mail if not once the package leaves us we have no way to track it via First Class International Mail. Insurance is available and is calculated on the actual value of the item.

CUSTOMS DECLARATION: Please do NOT ask us to declare merchandise as a gift. We can appreciate the expense of taxes, but please do not ask us to be dishonest and prepare false documents.We are not trying to sound rude or unappreciative of your business but this comes up often and we are firm on our policy.

Keep in mind that your shipping rate rates will vary with the weight of the box and size of the box.

TAX

New Jersey residents will automatically be charged sales tax. If you have a resale number it must be submitted at the time of purchase if not sales tax will be charged. No exceptions.

LAY-AWAY

We gladly accept lay-away on sales of $250 or more. Terms are: HALF down due immediately, and the remaining balance due within 30 days. NOTE: If payments are not received by the time agreed, your order is restocked and deposit forfeited. Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE. There are no exceptions. We do not make reminder calls, so please keep track of your lay-away and when payments are due.

SPECIAL ORDERS

In some instances, we can special order an item for you. This would be from our Contemporary Jewelry Designers. All special orders are FINAL SALE and unless damaged in shipping, not returnable. Please contact us with any questions at info@fourtyfiftysixty.com
