Vintage Jewelry and Vintage Antique Doll Shop: Fourty Fifty Sixty
"I suggested Forty Fifty Sixty as the place where my sister's boyfriend should get vintage jewelry for her for Christmas. I had purchased jewelry online but never visited your store. WOW, it is SO fantastic in there, like a little treasure cave! We spent hours perusing the Trifari bracelets, Angela Caputi earrings and Miriam Haskell jewelry as well as the Barbie dolls that brought back so many fond childhood memories for me. My sister loves the vintage Dior bracelet that Ben helped her boyfriend pick out. Thank you for the first rate service and great vintage jewelry."

Joe and I prefer to purchase items/collections from the original owner so that we can get some of the life story of the owner and learn about a vintage necklace or unique doll.
My partner Joe has been retired since 1998, having spent over 35 years in the fashion industry. Joe devotes much of his time to doing the behind-the-scenes work that makes our online vintage doll and jewelry store run. He is always doing doll restorations, maintaining the website, and searching for unique items for our Andover, N.J. shop.
He began restoring dolls simply to ready merchandise for sale. He is a stickler about bringing the dolls back to as close to their original beauty but not making them better than new. Joe will tell you when restoring a vintage Barbie or other doll isn't advisable because it will negatively affect the doll's value.
Doll restoration was not a service we ever intended to offer, but Fourty Fifty Sixty customers began asking him to restore their vintage dolls. As a result, our affordable antique doll restoration service has blossomed, with hundreds of very satisfied doll collectors among those who have come to us to have a doll restored.
Fourty Fifty Sixty Official Doll and Vintage Jewelry Store Greeters
During the time we have owned our vintage jewelry and doll store, we have been blessed to have had two incredible pets share our lives: Buffy and Chandler.
Buffy came to live with us in 1999. I had reservations because we had never had a dog, and I was not sure that he would adapt because he was 14 years old. To my surprise, he moved into our home and our hearts from day one. Buffy had so much love inside him and was so eager to share it with us. He would be at the door to greet me in the evening, tail wagging, just so happy that I was back from our vintage jewelry store. So full of life and love, he seemed far younger.
On October 31, 2002, our beloved Buffy, friend, companion, family member, left us. He was 18. In the short time that he was part of our home, he brought us so much joy and happiness and left us with such a huge void and emptiness in our hearts. He did not suffer. He passed suddenly and quickly. He is still a part of our home and will be with us forever. God bless you, Buff.
Joe and I knew that there could be no replacement for Buffy, but we longed for another furry face in our lives. Our search started in earnest in the beginning of 2003. As time passed, we wondered if we would ever find another "wet nose" to bring home.
One afternoon in February 2003, a dear friend of ours called about an ad in the local paper for Westie puppies. We decided to go and take a look. If you've ever met a Westie puppy, you know why it was love at first sight! We brought home our new baby, Chandler. He, too, has become a part of our family. Wherever we are, Chandler is nearby. If you stop by the shop to browse vintage costume jewelry or ask us to find a rare Barbie, he will be the first to greet you with a wag of the tail.
